West Texas: Rimrock Project
We plan to develop a project located in Glasscock County, Texas know as the Rimrock Project. The Rimrock project brings approximately 12,500 Net Acre prospect with two economically significant elements; Oil Exploration and Resources Acreage Sale potential.
� Oil Exploration 2 � 4 MM BO Fields: 8 prospects with potential in the shallow 5,300� � 7,000� Clear Fork (155 MBO) and two prospects in the deeper 9,800� Fusselman (200 � 250 MBO), Strawn (64 MBO � 1 BCF). These prospects are supported by 115 Sq. miles of 3D seismic and complimented by good show wells.
� Resource Acreage Sale (PP, PUD, 10,371 Acres: Concurrently, 5 companies; Henry Petrol., Manhattan Petrol., Pioneer Res. (Parker & Parsley), Cobra O & G and Mariner Res. � Are aggressively leasing and pursuing drilling programs for intermediate objective horizons with potential production from Wolfcamp (50 � 100 MBO), Cisco (80, MBO), Cline (40 MBO) in Glasscock and adjacent counties. A 5 to 10 well program proving up this potential could make this a sizeable project to similar minded company.
