Eagle was founded in 2009 and is headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Eagle’s focus is to pursue and drill acreage acquired in the Mid-Continent region of the United States, specifically the Hunton Lime and Woodford Shale resource plays in Central and Northwestern Oklahoma.
Eagle is characterized by strong management. Most significantly, the Eagle operations team is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced in Oklahoma resource plays. With their current properties, Eagle is afforded stable production and cash flow as well as a large multi year inventory of identified developmental drilling locations to provide for future growth.
Mariner Energy, Inc.
Mariner Energy is one of the leading independent oil and gas exploration and production companies in the Gulf of Mexico. At December 31, 2009, the company had interests approximately 240 blocks on the continental shelf and 100 blocks in deepwater. About 85% of the company’s production comes from offshore, with a growing share of that coming from deepwater developments such as Geauxpher, Bass Lite and Northwest Nansen.
Mariner Energy’s onshore assets are concentrated in the Permian Basin and Gulf Coast which comprise more than half of the company’s nearly 1.1 trillion cubic feet equivalent in proved reserves (at year-end 2009). As of December 31, 2009, the company holds net interests in more than 185,000 acres, primarily in the Permian Basin and Gulf Coast. Operations are focused on infill drilling and exploration, with the company holding more than 1,000 potential drilling locations

Special Energy Corporation’s primary focus is on oil and gas dewatering projects as well as the development of conventional oil and gas plays in the Mid-Continent Region of the United States.
